ngbuilding designs is a design practice established in 1980
by multi award Building Designer Noel Gardner. Located in Maleny, central to the Coastal and Hinterland areas of the Sunshine Coast, the practice is dedicated to providing the public with quality and personalised Energy Efficient Building Design.

As well as having a passion for the Built Environment Noel is a renowned local singer /songwriter noelgardner.com with 3 C.D.’s to his credit.
